HCL/WCM Database Upgrade

IOP will perform upgrades to the HCL Web Content Manager (WCM) database starting on the evening of Friday, July 31st. The application will become available again the following Monday morning in time for the business day. The upgrades will improve storage management flexibility and position us for better IBM product support.

Content authors will not be able to access HCL/WCM or make changes to their website during these upgrade windows. Access to your production website will not be affected by this work.
